Job Description

As a Telesales Commission Sales Representative (In-House), you’ll maximize your earning potential by helping current owners with their vacation ownership. You’ll work leads through a sales process, uncover needs, overcome objections, and present our full range of vacation products. This is an Independent Contractor role and is commission-driven with weekly pay and no benefits.  Ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive on performance and results.

What You Will Do:

  • Make outbound/receive inbound calls to current owners to generate account upgrades, and new sales.
  • Work with good standing owners to enhance their ownership by showing empathy and creating affordable solutions.
  • Maintain a 45-day lead engagement cycle with persistent follow-up (phone, email, text).
  • Cross-sell and present all Westgate vacation products across multiple properties.
  • Confirm product fit and customer satisfaction with every sale.
  • Consistently meet department standards:
    • 50+ calls daily
    • $40,000+ average net volume
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all policies/regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner effectively with Telesales Team lead who is organizing and assigning leads.

What You Will Bring:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License required
  • 6+ months timeshare or sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and sales closing skills
  • Resilient, self-driven, and competitive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-only environment
