We are looking for a Telesales Co-ordinator who will identify high-quality potential customers from given lists and keep relationship and contacts with the assigned customers in order to identify sales opportunity.


Responsibilities

Key resposibilities:

  • Identify high-quality potential customers from given lists and keep relationship and contacts with the assigned customers in order to identify sales opportunity.
  • Presentation of products (e.g. consumables) and services on the phone.
  • Customer data administration in the CRM and/or other sales related tools.
  • Develop and support business growth in the small and medium companies’ market.

  • Telephone sales techniques (outbound and inbound). 
  • Lead generation and prospect qualification skills. 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). 
  • Ability to manage and update customer databases. 
  • Negotiation and closing techniques Basic knowledge of products/services (e.g. consumables) and ability to present them effectively. 
  • Ability to analyze sales KPIs and monitor performance. 
  • Familiarity with digital and communication tools (email, VoIP, sales tracking tools).
