Key Responsibilities

· Consultative Sales: Speak with prospective customers by phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable security solutions.

· Brand Advocacy: Promote our brand and values to enhance customer trust and market visibility.

· Product Expertise: Deliver accurate, up-to-date information on our products and services.

· Lead Management: Handle administrative tasks and lead tracking using Salesforce.

· Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.

· Performance Delivery: Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets set by the business.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills:

· Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel; training provided on internal systems)

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

Desirable Experience:

· Proven success in New Business Telesales

· Experience in consultative selling is a plus (full product training provided)
