Job Description

As a member of the broader Sales team you will be responsible for maximising sales to a designated account list by promoting and selling new titles and optimising backlist sales.

 

Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, you will be making calls to existing (no cold calling) in order to meet sales targets. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in retail book sales, telesales of a similar product and/or possess general sales experience.

  • Perform effectively as a member of the broader team and of the organization.
  • To build and promote customer-based promotions
  • Maintaining an existing account base and ensuring all customers are contacted within the allocated call cycle
  • Sales targets are met
  • Effectively identify additional opportunities to generate sales via agreed objectives created for specific customers
  • Demonstrate willingness to generate and share ideas with colleagues
