Identify and engage prospective individual learners for training programs via prospecting and cold calling. Build pipelines, present program demonstrations, negotiate and close sales, coordinate classes, handle student queries, collaborate with operations, provide post-sales support, and meet sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education.
- Proven 1-3 years’ experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry.
- Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
- A deep understanding of the BO's programs and their alignment with Student needs.
- Adaptability and a quick learning ability to understand new training offerings.
