Job Title: Telemetry Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

We are seeking a Telemetry Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise observability platforms that provide actionable insights through metrics, logs, traces, and alerting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern observability tools, SRE practices, and monitoring solutions for large-scale cloud environments.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or Observability.
- Strong experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience with distributed tracing, structured logging, Linux, containers, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLOs, and incident management.
- Experience with Thanos, Mimir, Cortex, Loki, or Tempo.
- Familiarity with eBPF-based observability tools.
- Experience with observability cost optimization.
- Contributions to OpenTelemetry or other observability open-source projects.
- Experience supporting regulated environments.
