General Responsibilities
The Telematics Specialist will be responsible for acting as a Telematics point person to facilitate implementation of new Telematics clients and to provide excellent customer service for existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Participate/lead status calls with the client and vendor to help set up new Telematics clients.
- Work closely with vendor and installer to ensure successful installations.
- Must learn and demonstrate a knowledge of vehicle telematics.
- Provide excellent customer service to all existing Telematics clients to resolve issues and handle changes.
- Other Duties
- Coordinate device installations with installers.
- Provide phone coverage for incoming calls.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no leadership responsibilities.

- Ability to simultaneously and effectively coordinate multiple efforts across functional teams and individuals.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills both in written and verbal at various organizational levels in the business.
- Detail oriented, strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma required - Associates degree preferred
- Call experience a plus.
- One (1) to two (2) years relevant experience
- Strong problem solving, customer service and communication (verbal, written) skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred. Basic math skills required.
- Must be able to work independently and multi task. Must be accountable for the results of all tasks.

Pay Range:
$46,200-$64,700The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
