JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Telemarketing Representative to contribute to the sales of HealthFirst products by fostering and maintaining the sales and marketing activities of HealthFirst. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to assigned Dentist/Physicians based on target lists, webinar leads and digital marketing programs. This position will also be responsible for inbound calls derived from leads and our 1-800 numbers.
Please note: The work schedule for this position is 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strive to achieve established sales goals
-
Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls

Identify potential customers for new product offerings through targeted lead generations
-
Cultivate relationships with both active and inactive accounts to generate sales opportunities

Maintain a daily average of 4 hours of talk time and complete a minimum of 60 outbound calls

Demonstrate high levels of performance for meeting profit dollar standards

Update and maintain current customer records in our systems by logging all activity and managing necessary account changes

Utilize company systems (Salesforce, JDE, Teams) effectively

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and best practices

Work closely with sales personnel from both Henry Schein and HealthFirst divisions

Participate in special projects for HealthFirst division and perform other duties as required
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail

Strong computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus

Prior sales experience in any capacity
PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training

Bachelor’s degree preferred
