The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound calls to generate interest and schedule trial classes.
  • Needs Assessment & Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs to identify the most promising leads and connect them with sales consultants.
  • Sales Support & Follow-Up: Nurture leads throughout the sales process, providing timely follow-up to drive successful closings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with superiors and team members to achieve company goals.

What You'll Need

  • Associate degree or higher (all majors welcome!)
  • 1+ year of work experience (experience in telemarketing is a plus, but we encourage fresh graduates to apply)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with both Mandarin and English speaking clients
