WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct compelling calls to various organisations to establish and maintain connections.
- Identify and generate leads within targeted businesses.
- Ensure the quality of leads provided to the sales team by conducting thorough research and verification.
- Maintain an organised database of quality leads to facilitate efficient sales processes.
- Monitor the progress of leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
- Coordinate efforts between our sales team and our clients to maintain strong lead pipelines.
- Track the conversion rates of leads to sales on a weekly basis.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Proven experience as an Outbound Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Adaptability, Resilience to handle setbacks and customer rejections. and a deep hunger to improve.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
