Job Description
Will manage a team of Telehealth RNs, that respond to calls from parents when local pediatricians' offices are closed. Will do scheduling, quality reviews, training and staffing (as needed).
The role is Part-time; Hours are 3PM-9PM; some weekends will be required.
Experience
- 1 year of RN experience; pediatrics highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Emergency, Urgent Care and/or Primary Care highly preferred
- Previous management or leadership experience highly preferred
- Previous experience in Telehealth/Advice Line highly preferred
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certification Summary
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 1 year of employment as required by department
- Professional Nursing Certification deemed by department required upon one year of hire
