The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telegram Community Manager to help build, manage, and engage our geo-specific poker communities, e.g., in Korea, Japan, France, and Italy.

This is a part-time/flexible opportunity rather than a full-time role, ideal for someone who already knows poker, understands the local poker scene, and can communicate naturally with players in their market.

You will act as the local voice of the community on Telegram, keeping conversations active, sharing relevant content and updates, answering questions, and helping create a genuine community around poker rather than simply moderating a channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and moderate our local Telegram group to ensure a positive, informative, and engaging environment.

• Foster a strong sense of community among members by initiating discussions, responding to inquiries, and providing updates on company news, events, and product releases.

• Develop and share engaging content related to Poker, Cryptocurrency, iGaming, Blockchain gaming, and our company’s projects. This includes announcements, educational content, and event promotions.

• Assist community members with questions and issues, acting as the primary point of contact for our Telegram community.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the community and increase user engagement.

• Track and analyze community growth, engagement, and sentiment, providing regular feedback to the team.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align community efforts with broader company goals.

• Organize and promote community events such as AMAs, giveaways, and contests to keep the community engaged.

• Keep up with the latest trends in poker, cryptocurrency, blockchain, iGaming and gaming, ensuring the community stays informed about relevant industry developments

• Brainstorm new ways to engage with the poker’s community.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of poker is essential

• Native or fluent in the language of the community you will manage, e.g., Korean, Japanese, French, or Italian

• Good understanding of the local poker community and player culture

• Experience managing Telegram, Discord, poker groups, social communities, or similar online communities

• Comfortable engaging directly with players and starting conversations

• Strong written communication skills with a natural, community-first tone

• Knowledge of online poker/iGaming is highly desirable

• Existing connections within the local poker ecosystem would be a strong advantage
