About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead / Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end development, architecture, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and team leadership, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• Define and implement application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor, manage, and guide development teams to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and management to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Drive system performance optimization, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining technical excellence.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies where appropriate.
Required Technical Skills
• Frontend: Angular, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS.
• Backend: Java, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, Linux Server Administration, Nginx.
• Architecture & Engineering: System Design, Microservices Architecture, Design Patterns, Application Security, Performance Optimization, Scalable Distributed Systems.
• Tools: Git/GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Postman, Swagger.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, with proven experience leading development teams.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, with experience designing and deploying scalable cloud-based applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years hands-on full stack development experience with proven experience leading development teams.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies (Angular, React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind).
- Strong expertise in backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS), RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
- Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable cloud-based applications and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, Nginx.
- Expertise in system design, microservices architecture, design patterns, application security, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with tooling and workflows: Git/GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Postman, Swagger.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
