Salary – £24,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
Location – Shoreham, Manchester, Exeter or Fully Remote

Job Purpose:
Join our team as a Telecoms Engineer, delivering remote support for a wide range of customers - from SMEs to enterprise clients. You’ll be hands-on with installations, troubleshooting, and configuring telecoms solutions across various sectors. We’re looking for someone confident in remotely setting up Horizon and LG handsets, with a passion for smart, efficient tech support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance work on customers ICT services, updating case management and field services tools with work undertaken and completed.
- Provide installation and configuration services for a wide range of ICT solutions.
- Provide high quality customer experience in relation to the installation or maintenance of a customer’s Telephony services.
- Liaise with the project management teams, 3rd Line Engineers and Service Desk Engineers on a regular basis.
- Play a key role in delivering multi technology projects (multi site, multi program, non-templated builds).
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in an IT or Telecom Support or Delivery role.
- Project Management experience – able to manage a project from end to end and lead on technical resolutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in voice technologies such as SIP, VOIP, ISDN or vendors including Gamma Horizon, LG IPECS or Mitel.
- Some experience in networking equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless technology.
- Ability to be flexible as you may be required to adjust working hours or stayover on some larger project work.
Nice to have:
- Worked in an IT or Telecom Managed Service environment previously.
- Relevant vendor or industry qualifications (Microsoft, Gamma, LG, Meraki, SonicWall, Aruba or Cisco).
