This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Voice Engineer only from Sao Paulo, Brazil and nearby locations.
IDT / Net2Phone is seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the Telecommunications Analyst position on our team located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The main focus of this role will be to act as an analyst specialized in the services of a VOIP telephone operator. Our mission is to maintain and grow the Brazil voice network infrastructure that supports the fast-growing Net2Phone UCaaS business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in activating, managing and monitoring VOIP telephony systems, with outstanding skills in analyzing VoIP/SIP calls. In addition, advanced knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and SIP signaling is desirable.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining Telecommunications systems and resolving possible occurrences.
Deep analysis of the SIP protocol for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Provide advanced support in the Telephony area for end customers and work in the operations area.
Collect event logs and traces to analyze and troubleshoot systems.
Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBC and cloud instances.
Operate Telecom devices, monitoring platforms, working on alarm management.
Share knowledge through training and support to other analysts on the team.
Requirements
Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (IP and Voice services).
3+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting voice applications.
TDM and NGN Telephony Networks.
Installation and configuration of VoIP equipment.
Network protocols - TCP/IP.
SIP signaling protocol.
Software like: Splunk, Zabbix, SolarWinds.
Completed or ongoing higher education related to the area of Technology, Networks and/or Telecommunications.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (IP and Voice services).
- 3+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting voice applications.
- Experience with TDM and NGN telephony networks.
- Installation and configuration of VoIP equipment.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols.

- Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology, Networks, or Telecommunications.
