Their Implementation Team is the cornerstone of that mission. We ensure every solution we provide—whether it’s 5G internet, VoIP (physical phones only), or mobility line setups—is installed and configured flawlessly, creating a seamless customer experience from day one.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Telecom Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic field operations team. In this role, you will install and configure telecom services for business clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and efficient setup process. This position is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot 5G internet systems, VoIP phones (both physical and soft phones), and mobility lines
- Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance during installations
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience with professional, timely, and efficient service
- Educate customers on system functionality to ensure satisfaction and successful handoff
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed installations and service calls
Qualifications
- Technically adept with a strong understanding of telecom products and services
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (fieldwork required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous experience in telecom or IT installations is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $100 per day, with the opportunity to work up to six days per week
- Gas reimbursement provided
- Performance-based bonuses, including:
- $5 for every new customer enrolled in auto-pay
- $25 for every installation over 20 per week
- Additional bonuses for high customer satisfaction ratings
