The candidate will fill the role of Bids and Projects System Engineer in both Customer and R&D contexts.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- To scout continuously the Thales Products Portfolio in order to find innovative solutions, following especially the digital transformation trend.
- To analyze and understand the customer needs or R&D Call specifications, in order to well define and manage the related low/high level requirements.
- To design complex Telecom and Security Systems, allowing to meet stakeholders’ expectations and in compliance with assigned budget, risks mitigation, quality constraints, project schedule, technology roadmap and business strategy.
- To propose Innovative Security Solutions
- To manage the vendors Subcontracts from technical point of view.
- To guarantee Cyber-by-Design.
- To elaborate all engineering documentation, e.g. Product Breakdown Structure, Architecture, Interconnection Diagrams, Functional Specifications, Interfaces Control Details, Test Procedures and O&M Manuals.
- To ensure the project technical integration and carry out integration, verification and validation tests. To formalize and demonstrate the selected solution to the customer.
- It is required a Work Experience (also in internship) on Telecom&Security Projects with 5G Applications Contents and a V Cycle methodology.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated in Bachelor's Degree on Telecom Engineer.
- Graduated (or next to) in Master’s degree on Computer Engineer.
- Worked on System Requirement Management and Technical Specification.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills (preferred C1 Certificate).
- Able to work in a various environment: in office, smart working and construction sites.
- Able to effectively achieve objectives in teamwork.
- Able to perform in multicultural and multilanguage environment.
- Agile / Continuous Improvement approach.
- Full-Stack Software Developer
