Job Description- Design, develop, and maintain DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform;
- Lead and support the implementation of self-service ECR management for development teams;
- Integrate Backstage with GitHub to enable automated infrastructure workflows;
- Design and develop Terraform modules for AWS ECR management;
- Create and maintain Terraform repositories and pipelines following best practices;
- Automate workflows to transfer Backstage form data into GitHub repositories, including commit and PR creation;
- Transform and refactor legacy Terraform repositories into standardized pipeline templates;
- Identify and resolve infrastructure drift prior to repository transformations;
- Migrate Terraform state files and refactor IaC code structures safely and efficiently;
- Transition from Terraform workspaces to environment-based folder structures;
- Support repository migrations from GitLab to GitHub and onboard pipelines using Terramate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong focus on Terraform;
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS (ECR is mandatory);
- Experience managing, moving, and refactoring Terraform state files;
- Experience working with legacy Infrastructure as Code repositories;
- Strong knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD workflows;
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code best practices;
- Familiarity with Backstage (plus, training can be provided);
- Familiarity with Terramate (plus, training can be provided);
- Experience with GitLab and repository migrations (plus);
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
