We are seeking an experienced Mediation Expert with strong design and development capabilities to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Mediation solutions. The role focuses on end-to end mediation design,custom development,and integration with downstream BSS/OSS systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and data accuracy in telecom environments .Mediation System Expert is responsible for the coordination, management, and execution ofproactiveand reactive maintenance activities requiring a higher level of support. The role also covers implementation of change requests in a timely and correct manner, with strong focus on allocation, implementation, configuration, activation, and testing of mediation services and resources.
Key Responsibilities :
Design end-to-end mediation flows for CDR/EDR collection, processing, enrichment, and distribution.
Define mediation architecture, interfaces, and data models aligned with business and network requirements, and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance in mediation design.
Configure decoders, parsers, workflows, filters, aggregations, and enrichments. Implement custom scripts, rules, and adapters to handle complex use cases.
Optimize mediation jobs for throughput, latency, and error handling.
Troubleshoot mediation failures, data loss, duplication, and performance bottlenecks.
Support design and development activities related to mediation workflows, interfaces, and integrations.
Work closely with network, billing, IT operations, and business teams.
Support end-to-end testing: unit, integration, UAT, and production validation.
Support service launches, upgrades, and migrations.
Qualifications & Experience :
Degree in Engineering, preferably in IT, Electronics, or Telecommunications, or equivalent
Strong Mobile Telecommunications knowledge
Solid experience in telecom engineering or operation and multi-vendor telecom equipment
Experience with support and supply processes
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Ericsson Multi Mediation (EMM) – Online & Offline
Knowledge of IP networking protocols: Diameter, TCP/IP, SOAP, USSD, HTTP
Experience with Linux OS and virtualized infrastructure
Knowledge of Ericsson products and services
