About the Team

You will be part of an international team, driving the development of 1GLOBAL's billing system. We are looking for a talented developer and team player, capable of designing and implementing new services, maintaining existing components, and testing our applications.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in a role between product and technology teams at product-led growth companies. You will be part of a dynamic team driving the Mediation and Billing solution delivery and the full life-cycle of our product lines. 

The team is located in Lisbon.

About the Role

• Build high-impact features and contribute to the architecture design; aim towards resiliency, scalability, security and fault tolerance;
• Advocate for high quality, readability and high tests coverage;
• Work with an Agile methodology;
• Identify areas of improvement and promote them through seamless integrations, documenting solutions and new flows;
• Mentor junior members when needed and contribute with meaningful reviews.

About You

• Good understanding of billing in the telecom/utilities industries.

• Proven experience with billing systems (e.g., Amdocs, CSG, Oracle BRM, ...). Experience with Oracle BRM is a plus.
• Experience with mediation systems is a plus (e.g., DigitalRoute MediationZone).
• Proficiency with consuming REST APIs. Basic software development skills is a plus.
• Familiarity with relational databases, GIT and CI/CD flows.
• Basic understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
