Job Title / Designation: TELECALLER
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential. As a telecaller representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers for closing the deals and resolving the queries of the current customers.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information.
- Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM.
- Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation
- Making 100-150 calls per day
- Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.
- Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
- Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
- Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
- Store and update the customer information in the database
Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for the right person
Location(s) of Job: Baner, Pune
Minimum/ Work Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Additional Requirements:
- Must have completed minimum 12th
- Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
- Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints
- Should have good Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Should be moderate in English, Hindi & Marathi (Kannada for South Region)
Skills Required
- Completed minimum 12th (high school)
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar role (6 months - 1 year)
- Ability to make 100-150 calls per day and meet call targets
- Experience using CRM to document customer interactions
- Good interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills
- Good negotiation skills and ability to resolve customer issues
- Moderate proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Kannada for South region)
- Ability to adapt communication style based on social cues
