Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales Representative to manage existing customer relationships while actively driving new business growth. This role is ideal for a highly organized sales professional who thrives on building long-term partnerships, managing reorders, and expanding product penetration within accounts.Key Responsibilities● Account Management & Relationship Building
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to drive repeat business, strengthen loyalty, and support long-term account growth.
● Order & Replenishment Management
Proactively manage customer reorders to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Support in new product listings with partner accounts.
● New Lead & Customer Acquisition
Prospect and convert new accounts by targeting retailers already active within the category.
● Upselling & Product Education
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and category trends to expand basket size and increase SKU penetration.
● Selling Promotions & Programs
Execute promotional offers and sales programs to drive increased velocity, volume, and customer engagement.
● Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Resolve order, pricing, and service-related issues quickly and professionally to protect relationships and retention.Ideal Candidate Profile● 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales
● Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
● Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
● Proficiency in English is a must and French considered an asset.
