About the Role:-
We are looking for passionate candidates to join our team as Junior Counselors. The suitable candidate should have a passion for providing guidance and support to students who are interested in studying abroad. They are expected to assist students throughout their study abroad journey, from shortlisting the right-fit courses and universities to ensuring their successful admission and enrolment. He/She is expected to provide excellent service to students and ensure student satisfaction and overall student happiness.
What you will do:-
a) Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities.
b) Booking appointments for counseling (Online/Walk-In).
c) Following up on the given leads.
d) Making a proper report of the assigned leads.
e) Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, & parents.
