- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to doctors/healthcare professionals for session registration and engagement.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle queries and follow-ups professionally.
- Must be fluent in English and at least one regional language (Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam/Kannada preferred).
- Good communication, convincing skills, and basic computer knowledge
- Graduate
- Prior experience in tele calling
- Candidates who are bilingual/multilingual and comfortable communicating with doctors across different regions will be preferred.
