Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book webinar slots.
● Follow up with clients who have confirmed their availability for the webinar.
● Engage with clients post-webinar to assess their interest in counseling sessions with the sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Provide necessary details regarding the webinar and counseling sessions to clients.
● Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure quality interactions with clients.
Requirements:
● Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
● Ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
● Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
● A positive and professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Twin Health is a Precision Health platform combining IoT Sensors, Machine Learning, and Medical Science to reverse chronic diseases like diabetes and improve human metabolic health. We have achieved groundbreaking medical results for chronic disease reversal (12 papers published in top medical journals) using our patent-pending Whole Body Digital Twin technology (5 patents pending), which analyzes complex biosignals from wearable sensors, predicts metabolic outcomes using ML, and recommends highly-personalized treatments based on the metabolic profile of each patient.
