Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in the following areas:

  • Preferably, candidate should have experience in the telecommunications sector and possess business-level knowledge of the industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in the HPE portfolio, primarily in servers and additionally in storage and networking, as well as in the telco sector. A willingness to learn and stay current is essential, as the role involves engaging in in-depth technical discussions with customers and collaborating on technical responses.
  • Sales or presales experience, ideally with key customers or sales management

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible to answer and respond to customer requests for information, proposals and quotes
  • Lead and collaborate in RFx, proposals, POCs Work with product and solution teams to craft responses to customer and partner requests to come up with effective strategies and solution architectures.
  • Represent HPE in both remote and onsite customer meetings as required.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Technical understanding of Virtualization), Cloud Technologies, Switching and Routing, Software Defined Networking, including trends and challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of xRAN architecture and principles.
  • Telecom market understanding of customer challenges, competitive dynamics and adjacent networking business opportunities.
  • Quick learner. Team player. Strong drive. Self-starter.
  • Willing to take a leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations and structuring approaches to new opportunities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in geographically-distributed teams.

USD Annual Salary: $113,000.00 - $259,500.00
