Objetivo:
Implementar y validar la instalación, uso, programación y mantenimiento de PLC´s, Panels View y Robots en planta. Desarrollo de nuevas aplicaciones, sistemas y/o equipos, según sea requerido por las diferentes áreas. Asegurar el funcionamiento y mantenimiento de las facilidades existentes en planta, atención a fallas relacionadas al sistema de control que se presenten en las líneas de producción.
Requisitos:
Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Mecatrónica o Afin
Ingles es un plus
Experiencia Profesional:
2 años de experiencia en puestos con funciones de automatización, Conocimiento teórico y práctico de electromecánica, Mecánica, Neumática, Hidráulica, Mecatrónica, Automatización, Programación de PLC (Siemens y Allen Bradley) nivel avanzado, Interpretación de circuitos y diagramas electromecánicos, drives y setup, Posicionamiento y ajustes de Robots Fanuc (Engel), Integración de nuevos equipos, Manejo de variadores de frecuencia, Programación HMI
Conocimientos Específicos:
Manejo de software para PLC Studio 5000, RsLogix 500, Simatic Manager, Tia Portal. Manejo de software para panel view FTView ME. Manejo de Robots Fanuc, Conocimiento en drives de la familia Power Flex,Sinamics y Micromaster.
