A Day in the LifeResponsabilidades Principales
- Coordinar y gestionar todos los aspectos logísticos de eventos internos y externos, programas de capacitación, reuniones y actividades corporativas.
- Negociar y administrar la relación con proveedores, incluyendo salones, hoteles, transporte, servicios de catering y reservas de viajes, garantizando soluciones eficientes y rentables.
- Administrar los servicios de transporte para empleados, coordinando horarios, rutas, proveedores y la resolución de incidencias para asegurar la continuidad del servicio.
- Elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias, monitorear gastos, conciliar costos y garantizar el procesamiento oportuno de pagos relacionados con eventos y servicios de transporte.
- Generar, mantener y analizar reportes e indicadores para brindar visibilidad y soporte en la toma de decisiones de los grupos de interés clave.
- Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurando la alineación y ejecución efectiva de proyectos e iniciativas.
- Dirigir reuniones, coordinar la logística de entrenamientos y mantener actualizados calendarios, sistemas de registro y procesos administrativos relacionados.
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua mediante la identificación de oportunidades de optimización, implementación de mejoras y trabajo conjunto con el liderazgo para fortalecer la eficiencia operativa.
- Diploma de Educación Secundaria y 1+ año de experiencia
- Experiencia en la coordinación de proveedores, manejo de presupuestos, organización de viajes, administración de contratos y operaciones administrativas.
- Experiencia demostrada dirigiendo reuniones y comunicándose efectivamente con equipos multifuncionales y multidisciplinarios.
- Sólidas habilidades de organización, planificación, manejo de conflictos y gestión de relaciones con diferentes grupos de interés.
- Disponibilidad y flexibilidad de horario para apoyar actividades fuera del horario laboral regular cuando sea necesario.
- Experiencia en la gestión de programas de transporte para empleados, servicios de transporte corporativo o administración de proveedores de transporte.
- Experiencia apoyando programas de capacitación, eventos de aprendizaje o iniciativas de desarrollo de empleados.
- Experiencia trabajando en empresas multinacionales o centros de servicios compartidos.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
- Excelentes habilidades de relaciones humanas, comunicación e influencia, con capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con diversos niveles de la organización.
