Mantener los equipos de prueba y de calibración en óptimas condiciones para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento
Responsabilidades:
Dar Soporte a las líneas en todo lo referente a problemas con los equipos de prueba, así como realizar el
mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, maquinaria y equipos de prueba.
Instalación de nuevo equipo o cambio de posición de este
Mantenimiento de áreas de trabajo bajo la disciplina de 5S's
Desarrollo de actividades dentro de JIT.
Aplicar la seguridad al realizar el trabajo
Utilizar el equipo necesario para su desempeño
Conocer cómo funciona la herramienta a utilizar
Desempeñar las funciones con la calidad requerida
Cumplir con política, Normatividad y procedimientos de Seguridad aplicables en la empresa.

Sentido de urgencia
Autoridad:
Revisión de Equipos de prueba
Requerimientos básicos:
Carrera técnica terminada (Electrónica, Electromecánica)
Conocimientos básicos de programación C, Basic.
Lectura de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y mecánicos.
Conocimientos de mecánica y neumática.
Conocimientos básicos en sistemas de visión para inspección de tablillas
Conocimientos en equipos de prueba funcional (FVT).
Requerimientos deseables:
Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a sistemas electrónicos, neumáticos y mecánicos.
Conceptos básicos de: KAN-BAN, JIT, 5’S, POKA-YOKE, SMED,
Conocimientos de procedimientos de seguridad Lock Out, Tag Out.
Análisis de fallas de equipo.
Diagnóstico de Fallas en tablillas electrónicas.
Conocimiento de uso de dispositivos para diagnostico como Multímetro, Osciloscopio
Reparación de fallas del equipo con rapidez.
