Essential responsibilities:
- Perform all operations in automatic mode only for operation and support to verify the quality of manufactured parts.
- Operate machines according to process sheets, work instructions or any other requirement (Customer specifications, engineering drawings, etc.)
- Checks parts for correct measurements to verify conformance to specifications.
- Perform autonomous maintenance, complying with the instructions in the TPM documentation and 5´s.
- Use manufacturing documentation (traveling sheets, first inspection items, etc.) to manufacture products that meet quality requirements, inspect and verify the work before sending it for inspection, if it is not conforming process through material procedures not compliant.
- Comply with time and schedule standards for assigned work.
- Notify the supervisor of problems that arise.
- Verify before inspecting parts that use well-calibrated and labeled measuring instruments with a date of calibration date by the metrology department.
- Maintains the specifications when observing the cutting tools work correctly in the different operations: holes, grooves, roughing, finishing, etc.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains continuity between work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Document actions, completing production and quality records either physical or with SAP.
- Update work knowledge, participating in training.
- Select the correct chip container for the workpiece and store chips correctly in the collection room.
- Work efficiently to attain realization goals.
- Meets ATEM objectives by accepting achievements and requesting new needs.
- Follow regulatory agency (AS, NADCAP or GE) standards or policies.
- Excellent work record (i.e.: Attendance, Attitude and Productivity).
- Ability to use and apply required forces (i.e.: 40 lbs of material lifting).
- Ability to use tools and measuring instruments (i.e., micrometers, calipers, and gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- High level of manual dexterity.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: High school or technician graduated
- Language: Spanish,
- Specific Knowledge: Reading and use of measuring instruments, Interpretation of GD&T geometric planes and tolerances, requirements for personal and occupational safety, Mathematical calculations and measurements.
- Experience: Special Process Background, industrial security, operation and handling of cranes and hoists preferred, safely handle and transport containers with refrigerant and soluble and pressure gauge reading: Pneumatic and Hydraulic pressures.

- GD&T and blue print reading
- Operate and control CNC machining processes
- Measuring equipment and gauges usage for part inspection
- General housekeeping and maintenance
- Proper use of hand tools (hammer, wrenches, screw drivers, punches and pliers)
