Job Description

• Interface com o suporte do NOC;

• Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva; 

• Instalação e manutenção em equipamentos de ar condicionado;

• Instalação e substituição de partes e peças;

• Inspeção de sistemas e sites;

• Preenchimento de relatórios técnicos e ordens de serviço;

• Medição e injeção de gás em equipamentos de refrigeração;

• Suporte de Campo e Troubleshooting;

• Acompanhamento de tickets;

Basic Requirements

• Formação (Técnico) Eletrotécnica ou Eletrônica (CFT mandatório);

• Experiência em suporte técnico e implementação de Sistemas Elétricos, Comandos Elétricos, Montagem de Painéis;

• Experiência em Infraestrutura de Telecomunicações Infraestrutura RF, Torres e Cabeamento estruturado é um diferencial;

• Noções em suporte técnico e implementação de sistemas de refrigeração e ar condicionado, Compressores e manuseio de gás 141-b, R-22, E-410 e nitrogênio;

• Noções em suporte técnico e implementação de grupo geradores, motor a diesel, alternador e painel de comandos (desejável);

• Proficiência em Pacote Office: (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e Google Tools: (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);

• NR10 e NR35 - mandatório;

• Inglês: conversação e escrita básica - é um diferencial;

• Certificação ITIL (desejável);

• Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência.

• CNH válida  (Categoria B);

• Disponibilidade para viagens (75% do período - base São Paulo - SP)
