About the role:

To secure the processes in production are uniform, following the best practice in terms of efficiency and quality across production center as well as adhering experience from other centers across the Manufacturing unit.

To ensure new processes are implemented and maintained w/o variations across production teams.
-
To secure deputizing of production supervision, in case of need.
Your key duties and responsibilities as a Technology/Process Engineer:
-
Supporting & collaborating with all the relevant departments to ensure implementation of the selected projects to production center.
-
To conduct a process investigation and problem-solving activities to recognize the inputs and outputs to the process by using a structured approach and systematic tools.
-
Leading a various process modification and improvements
-
Suggest/support, design and implement a various technical modifications related to processes.
-
Contributing to performance diagnostics and data gathering, analysis within the team.
-
Providing regular updates to relevant manager.
-
Check and overlook that processes are maintained following the objectives of the quality system and in compliance with our quality policy.

Handle Change Requests in controlled way always in compliance with Document Control, Education and Traceability requirements.

Changes thereof are made according to security and environmental instructions.
-
Guarantee that process documentation and employee practice are up to date.
Besides that, the Technology/Process Engineer must have overview of ongoing production for deputizing purpose, in case of need. That means:

Be aware of resources, skills available and routines followed in production supervision

Have an eye on production plan and progress thereof
-
Adhere to responsibilities and powers assigned to Production supervisor
About you:

Open to fresh graduates with technical academic background

Continues Improvement mind-set
-
Active cooperation in implementing the changes, or owner changes
Education/Qualifications:
Preferred:

Education at university level technical / chemical technology focus eventually / the production technology

Training in Six Sigma / Green Belt (advantage – not required)

SAP – preferred (not required)
