Job Overview

The Technology Transformation Project Manager will drive the endtoend planning, mobilisation, governance, and delivery execution of Monex International’s major technology transformation programmesFX>Next, the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), and associated crossplatform initiatives. This role ensures scope, cost, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and crossjurisdiction stakeholders are tightly managed and that delivery aligns to the strategic direction defined by the Monex senior leadership. 
 

You will orchestrate multiyear, multiworkstream programmes spanning CRM/Salesforce, trading platform evolution, data architecture, compliance workflows, operational case management, and integration workstreams. 

The role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer, working closely with all Global Heads, Regional CEO’s and Portfolio Management.

Programme & Project Delivery 

  • Lead the mobilisation, planning, and delivery execution of core FX>Next and Enterprise data platform workstreams, including analysis, design, architecture, build, testing, and rollout phases. 

  • Define and own the daytoday project governance: RAID management, decision tracking, milestone reporting, budget tracking, and delivery assurance. 

  • Manage crosssystem dependencies and change across Salesforce, CRM/KYC, FXDB, MonexOnline, Data Platform, vendor teams, and internal engineering /product /data functions. 
     

Workstream Coordination 

  • Facilitate multiple parallel workstreams:  

  • Manage documentation, architecture updates, delivery artefacts, and crossworkstream sequencing. 
     

Stakeholder Management & Communication 

  • Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Finance to align priorities and ensure delivery momentum. 

  • Escalate when appropriate to ensure rapid mitigation of issues. 

  • Provide clear, concise reporting to CIO, SteerCo, and executive leadership on progress, risks, resource needs, and strategic blockers. 
    Ensure governance alignment with other key programmes of work including our OneMonex CLM programme 

Resource & Vendor Management 

  • Coordinate internal resource allocation across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Operations, ensuring capacity aligns with programme demands. 

  • Manage vendor engagement including onboarding, backlog alignment, scope control, and milestone acceptance, costs and contracting 

Risk, Control & Delivery Quality 

  • Ensure delivery follows securebydesign, regulatory, and platform governance frameworks. 

  • Drive mitigation plans for schedule delays, crossplatform dependencies, and architecture uncertainty  

  • Ensure environments, data feeds, access, and workflow integrations meet audit, compliance, and operational readiness requirements.

Business Knowledge / Technical Skills

  • Proven experience delivering largescale technology transformation or multiworkstream programmes in financial services. 

  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data platforms, CRM/KYC, and trading/FX / pasyment systems. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies across engineering, data, product, vendors, and business teams. 

  • Excellent governance discipline: RAID, RACI, delivery controls, decision management. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across multiple jurisdictions and executive levels. 

Desirable 

  • Experience with Salesforce FSC, data lakehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric), ETL/ingestion, and medallion data models. 

  • Familiarity with payment platforms, compliance tooling (ComplyAdvantage/MESH), and operational casemanagement platforms. 

  • Background in delivering modernisation programmes involving microservices, modular architectures, and legacy decoupling.
