Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where your primary focus will be on resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components. You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and enhancing overall service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to system configurations and procedures. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the field. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Video Conferencing Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to video conferencing systems. - Familiarity with various video conferencing platforms and their integration with business systems. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements.
