Role & Responsibilities
- User Management: Manage employee onboarding and offboarding across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, AWS, and other SaaS tools.
- Workflow & Systems Management: Design, build, and maintain Employee Lifecycle (ELC) workflows within ticketing systems like Jira. Configure automation rules and issue types to streamline IT operations.
- Project Management: Utilize Jira to track IT projects, manage tasks, and organize sprints to ensure timely delivery of internal initiatives.
- Access & License Administration: Provision and revoke access to applications, track software licenses, and handle requests for new tools.
- Security & Compliance: Work with cybersecurity consultants and external auditors to enforce IT policies. Act as a key point of contact during SOC compliance audits, gathering evidence and maintaining control documentation.
- IT Support: Address internal IT requests related to Google Workspace, email configuration, and access issues.
- Process Optimization: Maintain documentation for IT workflows and recommend automation or process improvements (e.g., Slack workflows or Jira automation).
Requirements
- 5-7 years of IT administration experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Jira Expertise: Hands-on experience building and managing workflows in Jira (or similar ticketing systems), specifically for Employee Lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) management.
- Compliance Experience: Proven experience working with auditors on SOC 2 (or similar frameworks like ISO 27001) compliance and evidence gathering.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Admin Console), Slack, GitHub, AWS, and identity management tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices and IT compliance.
- Ability to work independently and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
