Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
The Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer will contribute to technical planning, design, development/integration, and verification/validation of customer s AVD environment. understanding of Cloud Concepts, AVD deployments and handling Intune Infrastructure and Day-to-Day activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Strong knowledge in Managing and troubleshooting of VDI infrastructures. Have performed VDI upgrades and VDI migration from planning through implementation.
2) Knowledge on Citrix and Horizon Environment will be added advantage
3) VDI Patch Management and policies configuration.
4) Managing VDI license migrations and renewals.
5) Strong background with Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory Policy Management
6) Ability to work with multiple stakeholders internal and external to deliver high customer expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1) Must have skill: Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop, M365 Cloud PC/Intune/other EMM solution and MECM. PowerShell scripting, DevOps terraform knowledge.
2) Good to have skill: Citrix, Azure AVD, Cloud PC, SCCM Co-Management, VDI Management
3) Understand Azure Landing Zones, Azure Virtual Desktops
4) Plan Deployment of Hostpools, AppGroups,
5) Expertise in FSLogix Profiles, FSLogix App Masking
6) Ability to deploy Automation Runbooks
7) Familiarity with Azure Automation Accounts
8) Indepth Understanding of Azure Active Directory
9) Understanding of Deployment of Azure Virtual Desktop using code-based approach
10) Indepth understanding of MSIx appattach
11) Ability to deploy Azure Logic Apps for auto scale
12) Ability to create Azure Image galleries and custom windows 10 images for AVD deployments
13) Windows 10/11 Multi session operating system knowledge is a must.
14) Understanding of Office 365, Teams, Mobile Device Management, Modern Desktop
15) Knowledge on Active Directory , Identity and Access Management , Single Sign On.
16) Knowledge on AVD monitoring (bot Microsoft native tools and market leading monitoring products)
17) Ability to create Azure Monitoring alerts, Manage Key vaults, Storage accounts, In depth understanding of deploying Azure Files and NetApp Files
18) Must have deployed Azure virtual networks, VPN gateways and have an in depth understanding of Network configurations on Azure.
Additional Information:
1) Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Computer Science
2) Experience in providing Technical Support is desirable
3) Experience of working with global customers is an asset
4) AZ-900 Certification desirable or willing to achieve the certificate in desirable time.
5) AZ-140 Certificate will be an advantage.
6) Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend
