Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and ensuring that updates are accurately documented to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, focusing on analyzing issues and driving timely resolutions. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting continuous operational improvements across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and service continuity.
- Lead efforts to document and update knowledge base articles to support team learning and operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing and implementing data models.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to address technical challenges.
- Familiarity with change management processes and creating Requests for Change to support system updates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining operational stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
