- Responsible for the full lifecycle management of internal software products, including requirements analysis, product planning, design, development, launch, and operations

- Proven experience in independent product development and implementation, capable of managing the complete product lifecycle from 0 to 1
- Experience in agile operations, familiar with DevOps concepts and practices
- Experience with AI products (intelligent customer service, RAG, etc.) is a strong plus
- Familiar with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with practical project experience
- Familiar with software development processes and technical architecture, able to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Excellent requirements analysis and product design capabilities
- Proficient in using product management tools
- Understanding of modern software technologies such as cloud computing and microservices architecture
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of daily work communication, technical documentation writing, and participation in international meetings
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset
