We are seeking a Technology Specialist for our Collaboration Solutions department within Digital.

The nature of our defense business makes us deal as a company with customers (NATO, OCCAR, MMF, ..) that need a higher level of security.

Digital is transforming and evolving, we need even more talented people who can make a real difference to how we support, enable and deliver a diverse range of technological solutions and services to our customers. As part of our transformation the new operating model is oriented around product service line and multi-functional, agile teams working with the business and developing our digital capabilities.

The role will work right at the interface between our Collaboration solutions business users, the internal Digital organization and the technical supporting teams and covers a wide range of activities mainly in those two dimensions:

1. Service Delivery Management

2. Technology Specialist 

The Collaboration Solutions team is responsible for:

1. Enabling cross-country teamwork on restrictive data through trusted, compliant digital platforms.

2. Supporting collaboration with external partners in co-operation with Extended Enterprise framework.

3. Providing integrated knowledge management and agile project & portfolio collaboration linked to software configuration management and ensuring end-to-end traceability.

4. Fostering ideation, learning and problem solving through collaborative environments that connect people and expertise.

Collaboration solutions for restricted environments is based on the solutions like SharePoint, Jira/Confluence and is deployed on several environments. A technology specialist is required to manage these technology and in addition, service delivery management for the service aspects have to be covered as well.

This position requires identifying the potential risks of non-compliance, as well as a commitment to act with integrity, as this is the foundation of the Company's success, reputation and sustained growth.

Your Tasks:

Service Delivery and SLA governance

  • own and manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned collaboration services
  • monitor, report and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • define and execute corrective actions in case of SLA deviations in agreement with Product Owners
  • ensure services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations

Technical Service Ownership

  • maintain a strong technical understanding of collaboration solutions and related services
  • support continuous maintenance and lifecycle management of tools to ensure stability, performance and security compliance with internal policies and standards
  • Translation of requirements from the customer into business requirements

Service coordination, financial and cost management

  • coordinate with product owners, infrastructure teams and external providers
  • act as local point of contact for service-related topics
  • drive communication, reporting and alignment across stakeholders
  • manage and control the service operation budget

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to a Master level (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 5 years’ experience in IT service management within complex environments
  • Practical knowledge of SharePoint, Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence, plug-ins)
  • Functional knowledge of Engineering, Operations and Services business in IT
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals and IT architecture principles
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end service lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with IT project management framework and governance processes
  • Strong capabilities in requirements engineering and management
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured IT requirements and actionable improvements
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Capable of negotiation and alignment in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Basic understanding of Security context (international, transnational and local regulatory requirements)
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn and ramp up on new technology, solutions, products
  • Language Skills: French and English at negotiation level
