Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets, calls, and emails during after-hours shifts
- Provide entry-level troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and system issues
- Support end users both on-site and remotely, escalating issues as appropriate
- Assist with hardware and software installations, imaging, upgrades, and repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation, inventory, and service desk records
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation and support service level goals
Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School/GED required
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one (1) year experience preferred
