We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solutions and Implementations Manager to join our Digital Interact (DI) marketing technology ecosystem team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our DI platform by leading clients through the discovery, solution, and implementation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing technology, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Discovery:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.

- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and identify opportunities for technology solutions.

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

2. Solution Design and Strategy:

- Develop tailored solutions that leverage the DI platform to address client needs and objectives.

- Create detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, marketing) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.

3. Implementation and Project Management:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Oversee project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.

- Conduct regular status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

4. Continuous Improvement and Growth:

- Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation within the DI platform.

- Contribute to the development of new services and enhancements to existing offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions implementation, project management, or related roles within the digital marketing technology space.

- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, CMS, analytics, and automation tools.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technology projects.

- Exceptional client management and communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
