About the Job:

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of technology sales professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Process Implementation: Define, develop, and implement scalable sales processes and methodologies to create a consistent and predictable sales engine.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Innovate and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Risk Management: Take calculated risks to drive business growth. Navigate challenges with resilience and strategic thinking.
  • End-to-End Sales Execution: Independently manage and execute the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with the overall company vision and objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in technology sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and closing small and mid-size companies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into details and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused with a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering value.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous and conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the logistics industry, especially in warehouse operations, is a plus.
