Technology Risk & Governance Reporting Analyst
Salary: From £40,900+ (dependant on location and experience)

Location: Willow House – Staines, Angel Court - London or Bupa Place - Manchester
Role Type: Permanent
Shift pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

As a Technology Risk & Governance Reporting Analyst, you’ll help turn complex technical and cyber risk information into clear, meaningful insights. Your work will support senior leaders and Boards in making informed decisions that protect our customers and our services.
You’ll be part of the Chief Security & Controls Office, working across our global, India and UK businesses. It’s a role where your work will have real visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare clear and accurate reporting packs, dashboards and summaries for senior leaders and Boards
- Help turn complex technology and cyber risk information into simple, easy-to-understand insights
- Support the development of clear written updates on risks, incidents and performance
- Bring together information from areas such as audits, regulatory updates and operational events
- Make sure reporting is consistent, high quality and aligned to agreed standards
- Support reporting for key programmes, including cyber maturity and technology transformation work
- Help plan and coordinate reporting timelines, making sure all inputs are delivered on time
- Track actions and updates, helping teams stay accountable and on track
- Work closely with technology and security experts to make sure risks and issues are reported accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating clear reports, presentations or dashboards for business or senior audiences
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way
- Good stakeholder skills, with the ability to build relationships and work across teams
- Experience using reporting or visualisation tools such as PowerPoint, with Power BI or Tableau as an advantage
- An understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity or IT governance (this can be developed in the role)
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into practical insights
- Familiarity with information security frameworks (such as ISO 27001, NIST or similar)
- A relevant degree or professional certification in technology, risk or security
- Training in clear writing or structured communications
