This role is critical to advancing strategic priorities across technology risk, resiliency, and regulatory initiatives. You will drive executive operating rhythms, lead high-impact communications, and coordinate complex, cross-functional efforts that are essential to organizational success. This highly visible position requires a proactive leader who can operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments, including engagements with regulators and senior executives.
Beyond core business management responsibilities, the role leverages a strong understanding of technology resiliency disciplines, including business continuity, incident response, and recovery planning-to support key initiatives and provide surge capacity during periods of heightened operational demand.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to influence outcomes across a broad and diverse stakeholder community.
Key responsibilities include driving leadership effectiveness through the management of critical operating rhythms, such as staff meetings, executive forums, and governance routines. This includes developing agendas, coordinating materials, facilitating follow-up actions, and ensuring accountability and alignment against strategic priorities.
The role also requires the development of executive-ready communications and presentations that translate complex technology, risk, and resiliency topics into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and reinforce enterprise objectives. Additionally, you will support resiliency programs through business continuity planning, incident response coordination, recovery preparedness, and surge support during critical events, testing exercises, and regulatory activities.
Success in this role will depend on the ability to monitor and report on strategic initiatives, OKRs, and key performance metrics, providing leadership with meaningful insights into progress, risks, and opportunities. You will also drive continuous improvement of governance, reporting, and operational processes to enhance efficiency, strengthen execution discipline, and foster sustainable ways of working across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
- Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
- 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience in technology resiliency, operational resilience, risk management, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with business continuity planning, incident management, and recovery coordination practices
- Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or remediation efforts within a large financial institution
- Background in executive support, Business Management, or enterprise program execution roles
- Exposure to enterprise governance, risk, and control frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including development of executive-level presentations and reporting artifacts

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
