Technology Project Manager

The Opportunity

Through our comprehensive integration solutions, we provide a complete international checkout experience, covering local duties, taxes, fulfillment, delivery management, global returns, and payment processing.

Our Technology group comprises a group of Architects, Engineering Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Technical Leads, Developers, Testers and Scrum Masters who work in a Scaled Agile environment to deliver product and technology capabilities that enhance ESW product offerings and position ESW as e-commerce leader.

The Project Manager will work with the Architecture, Engineering and Product teams to coordinate all the key tasks and resources required to deliver the project deliverables on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned technology projects to ensure adherence to timelines, scope and budget.
• Drives delivery of assigned projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ensures proactive and successful management of issues, risks, and deliverables.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages any impact assessments and realignment of schedules.
• Collects, analyses, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports and KPI reporting.
• Effectively communicates with internal/external project teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitates key project governance forums.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Technology/Engineering or related degree.
• Project management qualification.
• 2+ years project management experience, ideally within an agile development environment.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding/previous experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment beneficial
