We are looking for a Technology Project Leader for the Manufaccturing Science and Technologies (MSAT) department in Aubagne (near Marseille).
In this role, you will lead Engineering Technologies projects or projects work packages to support new production industrialization, production capacities extension or technologies development.

On a daily basis you will lead projects to deliver, with a full manufacturing line approach, Engineering technology solutions to support the industrialization of New Products, production capacities extension of existing product ranges or the development of innovative Technology solutions

You will deliver project according to the objectives defined (Time, Budget, Quality, Performances)

You will participate in developing new production technologies, production processes and production tools/equipment/machines

In addition, you will ensure the reporting of your projects according to the OPS&PMO Sartorius system

Do you enjoy networking? you will organize and steer the necessary project reviews with the multidisciplinary teams

You will support technical roadmap by executing tasks of the innovation and Standardization roadmaps of the Core Technologies
What will convince us
-
Engineer in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, Materials, or other majors related to FMT products related processes (ideally plastics)

Significant experience in project management involving production equipment suppliers

Deep understanding of the interactions between product & processes

Able to steer suppliers, codesign from the analysis of existing processes and based on industrial development methodology

Experience with production operations management and Lean production
-
Knowledge of assemblies and general mechanical characteristics

Knowledge of electricity, automation, PLC programming is a plus
-
Proficiency in equipment validation methodologies (QI QO QP)

Proficiency in methodological tools such as "5M", "FMEA", and process development methodologies by design of experiment & statistical tools (DOE, Minitab)

Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and safety standards and procedures

Fluent in English
