What You’ll Do 

Applied’s Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Project Manager/ Program Manager with functional recruitment experience and TA technology portfolio expertise. The Project/ Program Manager will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to take a data-led and planful approach to execute against our strategic and operational goals.  

   

Role Responsibilities  

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and program/change leaders to design, build and execute technology projects and enhancements with a focus on adoption and optimization. 

  • Program Management: Oversee, with a high level of autonomy, the TA technology portfolio, collaborating closely with end users (talent advisors, hiring managers) and key partner teams (engineering, vendors) 

  • Operational Effectiveness: Analyze TA data to identify trends, measure performance and drive operational rigor; prioritize competing business needs  

  • Change Enablement: Provide training and support to end users on the use of technology tools and systems 

  • Continuous Process Improvement: Refine global processes to enable the company to recruit at scale and speed while improving the candidate, interviewer, and recruiter experiences 

  • Tech Stack Evaluation: Identify TA needs and continue to look for improvement possibilities through existing enhancements and new tools 

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements and deliver quality solutions 

  

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years relevant experience in program and change management 

  • Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Powerpoint, process improvement skills); effective use of project management methodologies, processes and software/tools (e.g., Smartsheets) 

  • Demonstrated capability working with TA technology implementations and ongoing enhancements 

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across a variety of global partner teams 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting and Eightfold.ai  

  • TA technology and analytics experience strongly preferred

U.S. Salary Range:

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
