Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technology Product Coordinator to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our technology product portfolio in Global Occupier Services (GOS) Technology. Working at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience, you will play a key role in shaping how our products evolve — from gathering user insight and competitive intelligence through to coordinating releases and maintaining clear product documentation.
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine curiosity about product. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders across a global, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities
Release Communications

  • Draft and distribute per-release communications to inform stakeholders and end users of new features, fixes, and changes.
  • Produce a monthly release update summary covering release highlights, metrics, and upcoming priorities across all products.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Monitoring

  • Monitor the competitive landscape, tracking product developments, feature releases, and positioning changes across key market rivals.
  • Prepare regular summaries and briefings that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Product Metrics & Analysis

  • Analyse and report product usage data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with quality assurance testing ahead of feature launches, identifying defects and working with engineering to resolve them.

User Research & Customer Requirements

  • Through user interviews and surveys develop a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Document clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with key user groups to ensure products remain aligned with real-world needs.

Backlog & Roadmap

  • Support prioritisation and ongoing management of the product backlog with internal and external vendors, ensuring it reflects current business priorities and user needs.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the product roadmap, keeping it current, clearly communicated, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Documentation Management

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product documentation, including feature specs, process guides, and release notes.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences across the business.

  • Experience in a product, business analysis, or technology coordination role.
  • Familiarity with product management concepts including roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.
  • Confident communicator, able to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written skills, with experience producing structured documentation or stakeholder communications.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data, metrics, or reporting tools.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Exposure to agile delivery environments and tools.
