We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technology PMO Analyst to join our dynamic Technology division, which spans Technology Services, Technology Delivery, and Architecture. This role is central to ensuring our technology investments are strategically aligned, well-governed, and delivering value across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting portfolio governance and reporting, including dashboard maintenance and financial reviews.
Ensuring data integrity across systems and tools, and providing insights to guide investment decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Architects—to align project scope and timelines.
Championing best practices in portfolio management and contributing to the evolution of governance frameworks.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in portfolio governance, financial tracking, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and actionable insights.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and portfolio management tools (e.g. Planview, Monday.com).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
