KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide analytical support and analysis to relevant parties
- Generate standard, custom and or complex reports summarizing business and technological data for review and consumption by users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and or collate business/trend data to support recommendations for action, building of business cases and post implementation reviews of Technology initiatives .
- Drive uptake and adoption of existing and new technologies, features and artefacts
- Participate in the development and execution of service level agreements between technology that are depend on them and to ensure that, where formal agreements are needed, they are documented, signed off and properly stored?
- Ensure that the services of communications teams in the bank are contracted. Communicate the process and service expectations from the communications team to the business area. Facilitate engagement with the communications team on request.
- Collaborating with different departments and teams across the organization, such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources, to align goals, share insights, and drive coordinated efforts towards improving overall performance
- Providing Management with insights on current performance and any risks and opportunities compared to targets.
- Collate industry performance trends, benchmarking against competition, and provide business intelligence to senior management to inform stakeholders.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and measure KPI’s and monthly, quarterly, yearly achievement against agreed KPI’s.
- Regularly engage with the technology units to review operational performance and system stability for all systems in use.
- Preparing of performance management packs for business directors, units heads
- Providing performance commentary and insights, risks and opportunities to budgets to set targets
- Interpreting data for the purpose of determining the root causes of past performance, costing and operational performance to inform recommendations and decision making
